Refund Policy

During the open beta, Total Print is free to use. No payments or refunds apply while the beta is active.
1. After launch
After the official launch and when a paid one-time license becomes available, refunds will be handled through the payment platform you use (for example Lemon Squeezy or other providers). Their refund rules may apply in addition to ours.
2. Suggested refund window
A typical policy is to allow refund requests within 7–14 days if there are major technical issues that we cannot reasonably fix. The exact terms can be finalized later when pricing is active.
3. How to request a refund
- Contact us using the options on our contact page with your purchase email and order ID.
- Explain the issue you faced while using Total Print.
- We will review the request and respond as soon as possible.
